EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At SAJREE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

• Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed.

• Items must be present in their original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase—the order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.

• Sales or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

• You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defective, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• An exchange request can be initiated via contactus@sajree.com or by calling +92-3084730885 within 30 days of order delivery.

• Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.

• Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.

• Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.

• The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

• If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.

• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURN POLICY:

• Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.

• Customers may initiate a return request via contactus@sajree.com or by calling +92-3084730885 within 30 days of order delivery.

• Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.

• Reason for return and proof of defect/damage must be provided.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

• Once the product is received and verified, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online only.

• The return process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

REFUND POLICY:

• Cash refunds are not offered.

• In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, SAJREE may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.
